Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to digital products ("Products") purchased from PebbleSilverSites.com ("the Site"), operated by Pebble and Silver Sites, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use. By purchasing a Product, you agree to this Policy.
Digital Products Are Delivered Electronically
Our Products are digital files delivered electronically through a unique, individualized download link issued to you after purchase. No physical item is shipped.
30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided the Product has not yet been successfully downloaded.
A Product is treated as "successfully downloaded" only once the file has been fully and successfully delivered to you through your download link. Accessing the link, or a download attempt that does not result in a complete, successful delivery, does not count as a download and does not affect your eligibility for a refund.
Once a Product has been successfully downloaded, the sale is final and the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law. This reflects the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital content: once delivered, a digital file cannot be "returned," and the value of the Product has been received.
Consent to Immediate Delivery
Because Products are made available for immediate download, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you waive any right to a refund or right of withdrawal once the Product has been successfully downloaded. Completing a purchase confirms that consent.
Failed or Corrupted Downloads
If your download does not complete successfully, or the file you receive is corrupted or will not open, contact us and we will re-issue your download link or otherwise ensure successful delivery at no additional charge. Because we do not record a Product as downloaded until delivery has succeeded, a failed or corrupted download does not consume your refund eligibility.
Wrong or Duplicate Purchases
If you were charged more than once for the same Product, or purchased the wrong Product and have not yet successfully downloaded it, contact us within the 30-day window and we will correct the charge or issue a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at privacy [at] pebblesilversites [dot] com with your order details (the email used at checkout and, if available, your order or receipt number). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
Payment Processor and Disputes
Payments and refunds are handled by our third-party payment processor. Filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer is governed by that provider's rules and may proceed independently of this Policy. We maintain records of purchases and successful downloads, which we may provide to the payment processor in response to a dispute.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived. Where such mandatory rights apply, they continue to apply regardless of the terms above.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site and apply to purchases made after the change. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
