Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using PebbleSilverSites.com ("the Site"), operated by Pebble and Silver Sites, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, using, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

Freely available content — including text, graphics, images, and data made available without purchase — is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Products that you purchase are governed by the license described in the "Purchases and Digital Products" section below, which may permit commercial use to the extent expressly granted.

Purchases and Digital Products

Certain Products, including datasets and other digital files, are available for purchase through the Site. The following terms apply to all purchases:

Delivery. Digital Products are delivered electronically, typically through a unique, individualized download link issued to you after purchase. You are responsible for keeping your download link confidential; we may treat any access to a link as access by the purchaser.
License grant. Unless a separate written license accompanies a Product and states otherwise, upon full payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased Product, including for internal commercial purposes within your own organization. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the Product itself, or any substantial portion of it, as a standalone or competing dataset or download. Derived works and analyses incorporating the data are permitted, provided they do not allow recipients to reconstruct a substantial portion of the original Product.
Ownership. We and our content suppliers retain all right, title, and interest in the Products. Your license does not transfer any ownership of the underlying data or intellectual property.
Pricing and payment. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by purchasing, you also agree to that processor's applicable terms. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout.
Returns and refunds. Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because digital Products are delivered immediately, certain refund rights may be waived once a Product is accessed or downloaded, as described in that policy and disclosed to you at checkout.
Availability. We may add, modify, or discontinue any Product at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular Product will remain available.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, data, and software, is the property of Pebble and Silver Sites, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Site, except for the limited license to purchased Products expressly described above.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information, including information associated with purchases and download links. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Children

The Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
